wanted to share a couple of my new favorites...my sister told me about phoenix this afternoon and i didn't realize that they were the ones responsible for making cadillac look cool...their new commercial campaign has some of the best music ever! so this song is the one from their commercial but i think i like 'lasso' even better :]
you should seriously check out everything from phoenix...so good. also on my recent favs list...pretty much anything by karen o & the kids...they did the majority of the "where the wild things are" soundtrack. uh yeah, amazing.
a little grizzly bear...might have already put them on a previous post but what can i say? they are kind of a big deal too :]

a few more that you should check out next time you're on itunes... alexi murdoch, the stranglers- golden brown, and the velvet underground- oh! sweet nuthin' are all super good too...i just got lazy and i need to get back to packing so the hubster doesn't go postal...ha. just kidding, he's super mellow but i for real need to pack!
