yes. i made a card. yes. i am ok. hahaha...i don't usually make cards :) i wanted to make a project of some kind using my stitching templates and well, i've got quite a bit on my plate this week so a card it is. (more about what's on my plate a little further down in the post)
so for the card, i used a studio calico kit (joyland) and 3 of the 4 stitching templates :) (alphanumeric, autumn/winter, & the basics)...
here's the outside...(used letters from alphanumeric + straight stitch from the basics)

oh and the alpha stickers are from sassafras lass (the yellow is from the kit and the aqua is from my stash)...i have a little love affair going on with those right now :) the dmc floss i used (don't know the number- it got tossed long ago) is a super light gray and i used up the last little bit of it so i'll be doing a floss run very soon.
the card says, 'if i wrote the alphabet, u & i would be closer.' awwww. hehe.
ok, now for what's on my plate...this week will be totally dedicated to getting my class done for stash to treasure. i'll be doing a giveaway (or 2, wink) for class tuition :) in that post, i'll explain everything...what we'll be doing, how it works, the kits (omg the kits...there's paper source involved. swoon. big. swoon.) and all that good stuff. so look for that tomorrow or tuesday (depends on how long the drooling period lasts).
