wooohooo! my first ever sc blog hop and i get to do a giveaway too! check it out...
studio calico's october kit- field guide includes tons of exclusives...a stamp set (you are here & arrow), 2 studio calico patterned papers, 2 sassafras lass for sc papers, a ton of the cutest chipboard butterflies (also sassafras lass for sc- loves!), and die cut journaling cards. the exclusives are always my favorite part of studio calico's kits. speaking of favorites- i loved this one so much that i made another layout especially for the blog hop using the main kit only...
for this one, i used one of the shipping tags from the kit as a template to cut tags from several of the papers (the lined paper tag is the backside of one of the sass for sc papers). i also used a few of the chip butterflies- i customized the color by using the 'naked' side plus ink and spray mist. and lastly, i misted the butterflies on the background using mister huey's overdue and the sc butterfly masks...
