hey everyone! i finally had a chance to take some real pics of my layouts so i'll share those in just a sec...right now, special congrats are in order for comment number 33: MariClaudi!!! Mari- please email me at kinseywilson(at)rocketmail.com with your studio calico username so we can get you all set up! oh and do you wanna see a sneak of my sketchbook 4 layout?!
if you haven't signed up for it, i highly recommend it...kelly's sketchbook series is one of the best online classes out there. i can't say enough good things about it. if you're on the fence, get off it. for reals. :)
now for kit sneaks! i'm really sneaky today huh?!
main kit only layout: city of lights
i don't usually do this but i feel it is my civic duty to let you know about this doo-dad in the shop...if you're going to do anything with little bits and pieces- this should be in your shopping cart:

it's kind of hard to see it but the "pen" looking end has this sticky tac like thing that you can use to pick up tiny pieces (think confetti) and the other end has a removable pick that's double sided- one is pointy and the other is chisel tip. now that i've got this baby, if i were to lose it, you'd find me huddled in a corner rocking back and forth...it's saves sanity. it's $6.99 and worth so much more than that! i swear. the pick me up...go pick one up.
ok, moving onward-
this one was made using add on 1 (sorbonne), add on 2 (louvre), and the main kit
i used #1 (sorbonne), #4 (montmarte), and the main for this one
this one was #4 (monmarte) and 2 bits of paper from #3 (versaille) and between you and me- the dear lizzy vellum in versaille is to die for, especially if you use it with your silhouette or cameo. just sayin.
here's a look at my shopping list from this month...(also, i bought all the new prima chalk inks as well and the colors are tres bien...you should check those out too)
